Recovery & Regeneration

Finnish saunas, clean ice baths, cold plunge, breathwork, and meditation. A full recovery ecosystem built with light and nature.

The Campus

Designed to feel alive.

Three connected buildings in a U-form around a private courtyard with a heated pool, outdoor recovery zones, and Mediterranean gardens.

The gym anchors the rear with a double-height glass atrium; the recovery wing and the restaurant & coworking wing extend forward as the two sides of the campus. Rooted in Ericeira's Portuguese vernacular, unmistakably contemporary.

At opening, the campus comfortably hosts 150–200 people across all zones, growing to 250–300+ at Phase 2 maturity.
